Local builder Lynden of Barnard Construction always looks to utilise renewable energy technology in his builds based on his clients’ needs and on this occasion he was lucky enough to be both. We were instructed to design a heating system for his barn renovation project where there is no gas-grid. Following our heat load calculations and based on the required ambient temperatures, the property required a 16kW air source heat pump to fulfil the properties heat load demands.
