The Problem

Duncan & Toplis continues to invest in sustainable improvements across its offices, and the installation at its Spalding premises forms part of this wider strategy. The company wanted to explore renewable energy solutions that could help reduce operational energy costs while supporting its environmental objectives.

Commercial office buildings require significant electricity for lighting, IT infrastructure, and daily operations. Rising electricity prices meant the organisation wanted to reduce reliance on grid energy while improving the sustainability of its premises.

The Solution

Our team designed and installed a 36 kW solar PV system using DMEGC solar panels and Solis inverter technology. The system was carefully designed to maximise solar generation throughout the day while integrating seamlessly with the building’s electrical systems.

The solar installation now produces renewable electricity directly at the site, helping offset the building’s energy consumption. This reduces operational costs while lowering carbon emissions and improving the sustainability of the company’s premises.
