Alternative Energy Tech Used

The Problem

The Campus for Future Living in Mablethorpe is a forward-thinking development focused on innovation, community wellbeing, and sustainable infrastructure. As part of the project’s commitment to environmental responsibility, renewable energy technology was installed to support the facility’s energy needs.

Public sector and community facilities often require significant electricity for lighting, equipment, and daily operations. The organisation wanted to reduce long-term energy costs while ensuring resources could continue to support community services.

The Solution

We installed a 37.72 kW solar PV system using JA Solar panels with Solis inverter technology. The system was combined with four PylonTech FH9637M batteries providing 28 kWh of energy storage, allowing renewable electricity to be stored and used when required.

The completed installation now generates and stores renewable electricity on site. This reduces reliance on grid energy, lowers operational costs, and supports the facility’s commitment to sustainable community development.
